Message people with this text when recruiting:
The Mercenaries are a competitive, cooperative, multi-gaming clan. We have our own forums, we do tournaments, and above all else we have fun! Interested? Send me a message!
After you have sent this message, you must ask if they have any questions. Answer the questions honestly.
If they do not have any questions follow this procedure:
1. Inform them who their division leader is
2. Help them navigate to the website (they are not a member until they register!)
3. Inform them how the forums work
4. Move on to the next set of recruits
